When scheduling our services, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions. These include but are not limited to punctuality for scheduled sessions, respectful communication, timely payments, and adherence to our cancellation policy. Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of services. Thank you for understanding.
1. All services require a non-refundable 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining 50% is due once services are complete, reviewed, or before final document is rendered.
2. A 20% late fee will be applied 48 hours after completion of tutoring sessions. This fee is to be made in addition to the original payment amount.
3. All sessions must be booked in advance via the designated scheduling system.
4. If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 12 hours is required.
5. Failure to reschedule or cancel within the above time frame, will result in forfeit of your previous deposit and a new session will need to be scheduled with a new deposit.
6. Tardiness is not acceptable. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will be cancelled and you will need to book a new session.
7. All information shared will be kept confidential and used for soley for the purpose of the requested service.
8. Disrespect will NOT be tolerated. All parties will show mutual respect and professionalism. Sessions will be terminated immediately and NO refunds will be offered.
